Return Period:
We offer a return period of 14 days from the date of receiving the item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within this period, you are eligible to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any returned item that is not in a resalable condition may not qualify for a refund.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene, health reasons, or if they are personalized items. This will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
How to Process a Return:
- If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service at support@shopi-zone.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any photos or videos that could help illustrate the problem.
- Once we have confirmed the eligibility for return, we will email you a return label. Please print this label and affix it to the return package.
- Send the package to the provided return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect the product to ensure it complies with our return policy. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days after we receive the returned product. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order on our website.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shopi-zone.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
